  Dentists are good, practice is clean and modern, but one "receptionist" has tarnished the entire reputation of this practice. From these comments it seems like I am not the only person to have an issue with the power-tripping, condescending and incompetent idiot. Because of the "receptionist" I will be taking my business elsewhere.
  
  Further, it doesn't take a genius to realise the review from Teresa Dichiera is in fact the receptionist in question. Been a client for 25 years yet the surgery has not been open 25 years? Also, slight coincidence Teresa has been a client as long as the receptionist has been in the industry "don't throw stones at someone who has been in the industry 25 years +"?
  
  I would return if management sacked the psycho, until then I am staying clear of the place.

  I was quite disturbed by a previous comment on the services at Absolute Smiles Bassendean, and in particular about their receptionist, so I felt that I had to reply. I have been a client of Absolute Smiles for the past 25years and have had interaction with the receptionist in question for that many years also. I have been to other dental surgeries and I can say that I have not seen a more professional and helpful receptionist. She is highly recognised by the dental profession for her expertise and knowledge when it comes to dental health and dental care. So if you have had a contrary experience. just suck it up and don't throw stones at someone who has been in the job for 25years + and still got her job, because she obviously knows what she is doing, and not just a receptionist who answers phones. The advice I have had from her over the 25 years regarding my dental care has saved me so much money if I had gone elsewhere. Thank you, and keep up the good work.
