  I had a gate measured and quoted early November 2015 and agreed to on 18 November 2015 with deposit paid on 24th and was promised installation in early January 2016. After delaying my limestone installation to mid Jan 2016 so the gate can be installed first, the gate was still not completed when the limestone wall was built. I was then promised installation before 8th February, and by then, the gate hasn't even finished manufacturing. The week after, the rep told me the gate was at the power-coaters, and a few days later it hasn't even left for the powder-coaters. Now Secure-A-Fence claims to only have stated measuring as of 18 of January 2016 when in fact it was supposed to be completed well before this date. This company is full of lies and they are better at fabricating stories than they are at gates.

  Totally agree with "Worst fencing company in Australia". Appaling service and quality, rude and threatening behaviour. DO NOT USE these clowns!

  DO NOT USE SECURE A FENCE!!! They installed a custom motorised sliding gate on the house I rent. Cables came off because pulleys were not fitted correctly. Used M6 bolts on M8 bearings... very poor installation. They were most unhelpful, trying to get them to come back and repair proved to be a struggle as they do not have any call out service. The technician they sent (after 3 days) was poorly presented, and very in professional.
  
  The second attempt at repair was also a failure, the guy had no idea what he was doing and gate came off the tracks again and this time fell flat on the driveway. I'm glad my 4 year old wasn't near by when it happened.
  
  I ended up getting a professional company to sort it - Thanks DORMA :)
  
  I repeat DO NOT USE SECURE A FENCE!
  Their installations are dodgy and unsafe!

  I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! First they installed 4 panels right in the middle of my garden that I never asked for, then after waiting and waiting for the fence to be installed it was the wrong colour which I got the blame for when I got the colour choice off the rep (where else would I get the colours from!?!) Then months later they installed a motor that was too weak for the gate size and it constantly kept breaking down so they had to install a new motor which they did at no cost to us but they should not have made such a mistake in the first place. Now after a recent repair job they have sent me a threatening email saying they will remove my control board if I do not pay my invoice and i had to inform them i sent a cheque in the mail over a week ago and perhaps they should check things before threatening customers. Very poor customer service!!!!
